How do I verify the authenticity of my SEVENFRIDAY product?
Every SEVENFRIDAY watch comes with an embedded NFC chip. You can verify authenticity by downloading the SEVENFRIDAY app and scanning your watch with your smartphone to register it in our secure database.
What is your global shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping via premium couriers. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
What kind of movements are used in SEVENFRIDAY watches?
Our timepieces primarily utilize high-quality, reliable automatic movements from Miyota. These are mechanical movements that self-wind through the natural motion of your wrist, requiring no battery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization before shipping the item back.
Are SEVENFRIDAY watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance rating of 3ATM (30 meters). This means they are splash-resistant and can withstand rain, but they are not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving.
Does my watch come with a warranty?
Yes, all SEVENFRIDAY watches come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. By registering your watch via the NFC chip on our mobile app, you can easily manage your warranty status and service requests.
