At SEVENFRIDAY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your unworn timepiece or accessory in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your item in its original wooden crate and protective packaging, ensuring all warranty cards and stickers are included.

  Ship to SEVENFRIDAY

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
